Gordon Egger has over 20 years, a lifetime, of construction and construction
management experience including four years experience as a home warranty
contractor. Gordon is certified by NAHI, the National Association
of Home Inspectors and has been doing home inspections full time for
over five years. Gordon worked his way through college as a carpenter
and framer, earning a masters degree from Western State College.

NAHI (The National Association
of Home Inspectors)
NAHI is a professional organization established to insure members
are qualified, follow comprehensive inspection guidelines that are
detailed in the NAHI standards of Practice, and provide ethical guidelines
detailed in the NAHI code of ethics. NAHI also requires continuing
education and provides educational conferences to keep members on

Certification:
Certification
by NAHI as a Certified Real Estate Inspector requires completion of
eighty inspections, passing a comprehensive exam, and submission of
reports to confirm conformity to NAHI standards of practice. Certification
is renewed annually and requires 16 hours of continued education.
