Continuous Radon Monitor Radon Test:
$125.00 with home inspection, $150.00 without home inspection. This test requires “closed house” conditions (windows closed and doors closed except for entry and exit) for 12 hours prior to testing and throughout the required minimum 48-hour test period. Written notice is given to sellers through their agents if possible to help insure a valid test.


Inspection Exceeding National Association of Home Inspectors Standards of Practice:
This inspection exceeds the NAHI standards of practice. The computer-generated report for this inspection can be done onsite and includes color photos when they can help in communicating deficiencies to sellers and contractors. This inspection and report usually takes about three to four hours for a 2,000 square foot home. Pricing for the NAHI standard inspection starts at $150.00 for condominiums and $200.00 for town-homes and single-family homes. Inspection Exceeding NAHI Standards of Practice and Home Inspection Institute of America Standard of Care for the Home Inspection Profession:
This comprehensive inspection provides as much information as possible about the home without invasive procedures and requires approximately three to four hours to complete not including the report. The computer-generated comprehensive report with color photos is faxed or e-mailed within 24 hours or the same day if needed. Pricing for the HIIA Standard Of Care inspection starts at $225.00 for condominiums and $300.00 for town-homes and single-family homes.
